PRICING

Prices are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at time order is placed. Prices do not include shipping, duties and taxes.

 

PAYMENT

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, FPS, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

 

CANCELLATION

If the product is not a pre-order item, yes you can cancel the order. Please contact us at info@breathingroomhk.com before your order is shipped.

 

SHIPPING

Orders will send out within 7 days once the orders are placed, except Pre-order purchase. All shipments will be made via the carrier of our choice. Notification will be sent via email in case of any shipment delay.

Domestic (Hong Kong) 

We are offering free shipping on orders over HKD400. We will ask for COD (Cash on delivery) on orders below HKD400. Regarding the return and refund application, we accept refund applications within 7 days by email notice (Please find the procedure detail below) and HKD50 will be charged in all refund order.

 

PRE-ORDER

Expected delivery period will be stated on the pre-order product page. Please read it carefully. The delivery date may change subject to actual supply conditions. Notification will be sent via email in case of any shipment delay.

 

 

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Item(s) purchased from Breathing Room (www.breathingroomhk.com) are eligible for return and exchange, which must meet the following conditions:

• On Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange and refund.
• The return and exchange must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date
• The items must be in its original, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed condition.
• The items must be returned with all original tags and packaging.
• All on sale and discounted items, including any discount codes used are final and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
• Breathing Room will not accept any returned products without prior written communication via email and authorised confirmation.
• We DO NOT accept the return and exchange for the reason – “Colour Difference”.
• We DO NOT accept the returns or exchange of the pre-order items.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@breathingroomhk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment. Please check your order upon arrival for any damage. If items have arrived damaged, please contact us at info@breathingroomhk.com with photos of the damaged part within 7 days. Please also keep the original package for inspection. We will arrange a new stock for exchange if the claim is accepted. Return Shipping fee will be shouldered by Breathing Room.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as cosmetic and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

WARRANTY

Warranty applies to certain products only, please refer to the specific warranty policy on the product page. Breathing Room reserves the right to inspect the damaged product before having any obligation under this limited warranty. Breathing Room is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation, maintenance or operation. Our warranty extends to products purchased only by the original purchaser.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND COLOURS

We will endeavour to ensure that the content and the product descriptions on Breathing Room are as accurate and complete as possible. We however do not warrant that “content” and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current or error free. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Breathing Room website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

 

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUND

If you believe an item to be “defective or damaged”, please contact us (info@breathingroomhk.com) so that they can help resolve the issue.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
